I have not read Gone Girl, have not seen and probably will not (cheap, lazy) see the movie, but for some reason have read a fair amount of commentary on it.

Which leads me to one question: How different is this from The Last Seduction?

I fuckin’ loved The Last Seduction, but I don’t have any desire to read/see Gone Girl. Still, with all of the discussion about whether/to what extent Gone Girl, by virtue of having a bad girl as lead, is misogynistic, I couldn’t help but compare the two.
